Dinner For Schmucks - PG13 - Tim (Paul Rudd) a rising executive, works for a boss who hosts a monthly event in which the guest who brings the biggest buffoon gets a career-boost. Though he declines the invitation at first, Tim changes his mind when he meets Barry (Steve Carell), a man who builds dioramas using stuffed mice. The scheme backfires when Barry's blundering good intentions send Tim's life into a downward spiral, threatening a major business deal and possibly scuttling Tim's engagement to his fiancee.
Cats & Dogs: Revenge of Kitty Galore 3D - PG - The epic struggle for control of planet Earth continues in this sequel to the 2001 comedy that had pet owners all across the world looking at their house pets in a whole new light. Chris O'Donnell and 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer head up the cast of the production, with scripting duties being handled by Brother Bear's Ron J. Friedman and Steve Bencich.
Charlie St. Cloud - PG13 - based on an acclaimed novel and follows a young man and accomplished sailor, Charlie St. Cloud (Zac Efron), who survives an accident that lets him see the world in a unique way. Charlie has the adoration of his mother Claire (Oscar® winner Kim Basinger) and little brother Sam (newcomer Charlie Tahan), as well as a college scholarship that will lead him far from his sleepy Pacific Northwest hometown. But his bright future is cut short when a tragedy strikes and takes his dreams with it.

Solitary Man - R - Solitary Man tells the dryly funny yet all too relatable story of Ben Kalmen (Michael Douglas), a fifty-something New Yorker and former successful car dealer, who through his own bad choices lost his entire business. He's also divorced from Nancy (Susan Sarandon), his college sweetheart and the one person who knows him better than anyone. Inception - R - Warner Bros. presents the new film by The Dark Knight's Christopher Nolan, this one taking on a sci-fi psychological spin for the serious-minded action auteur, with Leonardo DiCaprio spearheading the cast. Emma Thomas serves as producer, with Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ken Watanabe, Marion Cotillard, Cillian Murphy, and Ellen Page rounding out the supporting roles.
The Sorcerer's Apprentice - PG - Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina). Balthazar can't do it alone, so he recruits Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé. The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice a crash course in the art and science of magic, and together, these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness. Predators - R - Robert Rodriguez tackles producing duties for a revamp of the Predator film series. This one focusing on a human survival adventure set on the Predator's home planet. Kontroll's Nimród Antal directs from a script by Alex Litvak and Michael Finch, with Adrien Brody heading up an international cast including Laurence Fishburne, Topher Grace, and Danny Trejo.
Micmacs - R - First, it was a mine that exploded in the middle of the Moroccan desert. Years later, it was a stray bullet that lodged in his brain. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo - NR - Forty years ago, Harriet Vanger disappeared from a family gathering on the island owned and inhabited by the powerful Vanger clan. Her body was never found, yet her beloved uncle is convinced it was murder and that the killer is a member of his own tightly knit but dysfunctional family. He employs disgraced financial journalist Mikael Blomkvist (Michael Nyqvist) and the tattooed and troubled but resourceful computer hacker Lisbeth Salander (Noomi Rapace) to investigate. When the pair link the disappearance of Harriet to a number of grotesque murders from almost forty years ago, they begin to unravel a dark and appalling family history. The Vangers are a secretive clan, and Blomkvist and Salander are about to find out just how far they are prepared to go to protect themselves.
Inception, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, was the top movie at the box office for the second weekend in a row, holding off the Angelina Jolie action thriller Salt, which opened in second place. Salt stars Jolie as a CIA operative who has to elude her associates and try to save her family while trying to prove she's not a Russian spy. Liev Schreiber co-stars.
Opening in sixth place was the family comedy Ramona and Beezus, based on Beverly Cleary's children's books about a teenage girl and her little sister. Starring are Selena Gomez, John Corbett, Bridget Moynahan, Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Duhamel, Sandra Oh and Joey King
