WYXL will conduct this contest concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations affiliated with WYXL, and in various states. Then a text received by that station will be chosen at random. The cell phone number from the chosen text will be called and the reaction recorded for broadcast. If unable to speak with the contestant who sent the text within 5 minutes from the time that contestant’s cell number is dialed , then the $1,000 prize will be forfeited and another random text will be chosen with the same procedure until a winner is determined. WYXL is not responsible for any difficulties contacting WYXL or entering the Contest, any malfunctions or errors, whether technical or typographical or human error, experienced due to overload, internet availability or texting server issues. Text messages are sent through third party providers; WYXL does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, the delivery or timeliness of any text message entry. Prize will be available within 10 business days. Be safe… Don’t text and drive
