1+2 Kids = Stress
1+2 Kids = Stress

Just in time for Mother’s Day, new research finds that moms with three kids are the most stressed out, but those with four or more kids are the least stressed! Over seven-thousand moms were surveyed, and 75-percent said they stress most about the pressure they put on themselves to be “perfect.” While 46-percent said their husbands/partners cause them more stress than their kids do, and 60-percent said their biggest cause of stress is lack of time to get everything done. One mom who was surveyed commented on why having four kids is less stressful than three, saying, “There’s not enough space in your head for perfectionism when you get to four or more kids.” I grew up in a family with 3 kids, so I guess I better get my mom something extra special for all the stress I put her through!
