Business Just Got Personal!
Business Just Got Personal!

It’s amazing just how many fitness tracker apps and fitness tech gadgets you can get your hands on these days to help you lose weight, keep you excercising and monitor your health, but how would you feel if your boss insisted you be hooked up to a piece of fitness monitoring technology? Believe it or not, it’s really happening at one U.K.-based technology company! They’re keeping tabs on employees’ eating, exercising, and sleeping habits with different apps. They’re also paying for each employee to get a personalized workout program from a reputable company. The idea is that employees will become healthier and more productive. Is it just me or is business getting a little too personal?! How responsible would you look to your boss if you stayed up all hours of the night, eating fast food and never working out? It definitely would be great motivation to workout!
