It may be hard to believe, but it was 5 years ago today that Apple’s App Store was launched, and to celebrate Apple has made a number of popular apps for iPhone and iPad free! The free apps will remain free through the end of the week. A few you may want to download, Barefoot World Atlas, which is an interactive atlas app, that is down from about five-dollars, and Traktor DJ, which allows you to mix songs together, is down from about 20-dollars. There‚Äôs also several free game apps. Since launching the store back in 2008 Apple has seen over 50-billion app downloads.
