Mornings with Dave & Jen

Doctor, Doctor
Doctor, Doctor

When you go to the doctor, you KNOW you’re going to have to wait…it’s just a matter of how long.

The Huffington Post has some tips that could get you in and out quicker:

The hardest time to get an appointment is Friday at 10:00am.  The second-hardest is Friday at 2:00pm.  In fact, the toughest times for ANY day of the week are 10:00am and 2:00pm.

Mondays have the shortest average wait times while Thursdays have the longest.

For specific doctors, Mondays are the worst day to see pediatricians, Wednesdays are the worst for dietitians, Fridays are the worst for acupuncturists, and Mondays and Fridays are the worst for chiropractors.

Tuesdays are the best time to try to get a last-minute appointment but they’re also the busiest days for doctors.

And even if you hit a doctor’s office at their least-busy time, you’re still probably looking at a wait of at least 15 minutes.

(PLENTY of time to play Candy Crush…YES!!!)
