The Truth About Mom
The Truth About Mom

Mom’s in charge in most households…and it’s a FULL-time job!

A new study in the Daily Mail found the average mom is now looking after more people than EVER before…up to SIX different family members plus one pet…while holding down a job!

(If you’re a Mom, you probably knew this already!)

The most common people moms look after are:  Kids, husband, parents, their husband’s parents, other relatives, grandchildren, grandparents, stepchildren, and their husband’s grandparents.

What do they do for them?

Cooking, laundry, housework, shopping, errands, taking them to doctor’s appointments, taking them to school, cleaning, taking them to activities, and dressing them.

In fact, the average mother spends four-and-a-half hours actively caring for others and less than half that on themselves!

Give Mom a break…today!

The news isn’t all gloomy, though…particularly for Moms who gave birth later in life.

A recent Boston study found that women who gave birth in their mid-30’s or later (like Jen) were twice as likely to live to 95 as those Moms who gave birth before 30.
