Lucky Bucks Contest Rules


WYXL Lucky Bucks lottery contest is an on air contest that will run weekdays March 6-17, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “contest”) in which contestants will win:

  • 25 X Lucky Bucks New York Lottery Instant Game tickets valued at $1 and total prize value of $25
  1. Contestants must be the correct number caller when they hear the Lucky Bucks sound effect and correctly answer the Lucky Lottery Question of the day.
  2. The winners must provide their name, date of birth, phone number and address.
  3. On Monday, March 20, 2017 WYXL will provide the New York State Lottery with all the winners’ information.
  4. The New York State Lottery will mail the 25 X Lucky Bucks lottery tickets to the winner.
  5. All winners must be 18 years of age.
  1. All general WYXL contest rules apply unless otherwise specified and can be viewed at literock973 dot com. You must not have won anything on WYXL in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WYXL, Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications of New England LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a 75 mile radius of the WYXL main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian
