Heels and Hobos Rules


Here are the rules for the Lite Rock 97.3 “Heels and Hobos” Upgrade contest, in which two individuals will win a $50 gift card to Heels and Hobos, 12 Market Street in Corning, NY.

To be eligible to win, listeners must text the word “HEELS” to 77000. Listeners can enter as often as they like between 6am on Monday, July 15th, 2013 and 11:59pm Sunday, July 21st. There will be a random drawing from all the entries for two winners of $50 gift cards to Heels and Hobos between 6-7am on Monday, July 22nd. The winner will be announced on air shortly after the the random drawing and will be contacted by phone immediately following the drawing.

Lite Rock 97. 3 contests are open to all eligible residents of New York State or Pennsylvania 18 or older and have not won anything on Lite Rock 97. 3 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

 

Employees of Lite Rock 97. 3, Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications of New England LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Lite Rock 97. 3 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
