Starting Monday July 17 , 2023 @ 6am WYXL, WFIZ-HD2, WNYY, will be starting the (Hidden Gem photo sweepstakes). Listeners can enter at the above-mentioned station’s website and can enter once by Wednesday December 27th 20232023 at 10am. Listeners will be taking a photo of an antique item they own that they think could be a “hidden gem” ( High value). Submitting the photo enters them to be chosen by Early Owego Antique center and the listeners item will be talked about on air and the owner will be told about what it is worth. Each months winner will also get a $20 gift certificate to Parkview inn.  (Hidden Gem photo sweepstakes) is an online sweepstakes and will run until  Wednesday December 27th 2023 at 10AM.

All Entries will be combined and drawn from at random once a month on the 27th for the Prize listed below

Must be 18+ to enter. One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participants entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the email address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

Entries containing inappropriate photos or music will be disqualified. Any photograph submitted to any of the cluster stations will become property of the stations. The stations will have final say of what content is appropriate for the website. No use of indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, contains nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene, profane, or pornographic is permitted.

By entering this contest you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to the photo submitted. By entering you verify that whomever is seen in the photo are either pictures of the entrant or the entrant’s minors. If the entrant is unable to waive its rights to publication or waive its minors rights to publication, the entrant will be ask to submit a new photo. Cayuga Radio group will have your photo posted on the participating station websites once approved and may use your submitted photo in any way they see fit in the future.

WYXL, WFIZ-HD2, WNYY, contests are open to all eligible New York State and Pennsylvania State residents 18 or older have not won anything on, WYXL, WFIZ-HD2, WNYY, in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of (WYXL, WFIZ-HD2, WNYY), Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WIII, main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

No purchase necessary.  Prize is not transferable nor redeemable for case.. WYXL, WFIZ-HD2, WNYY sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WYXL, WFIZ-HD2, WNYY, shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included with the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
