THE DAVE AND JEN MORNING SHOW WEEKDAYS 6am-10am

THE “LITE WORKLOAD” WEEKDAYS 10am-3pm

Jen began her career in broadcasting at a mom & pop start-up television station back in 1995, where she learned how to use TV and satellite equipment with all sorts of colorful buttons, and yes – microphones – all while babysitting the owner’s kids.  No, really.  Self-taught in the art of television commercial voiceovers, she parlayed her gift of gab into an on-air radio career in 2005, and became part of the Lite Rock 97.3 morning show in 2006.

Hailing from Corning,, Jen is a life-long Central NY resident.  She is always cheerful, gets along with famously with everyone from all walks of life, and able to find – and effectively needle – the funny side of any situation life throws at us.. and therefore she considers it a blessing to wake the Finger Lakes region up every morning with a laugh – and actually get to call that “a job”.

She’s a health and fitness enthusiast, too, including (but not limited to):  Yoga, Crossfit, hiking, skating, snowboarding, kickboxing, working out in general…and keeping Dave in line! Also lovestoad trips, camping, porch-chilling.  Live music, arts & culture…and a fine glass of Finger Lakes wine – Chardonnay, please!

Check out her “Zen Of Jen” blog!
