2020’s “Silver Linings”

It’s human nature to look for the good in anything bad…and 2020 has been a most challenging year.

A new study asked people what their “Silver Linings” have been during the pandemic.

The most common ones?

  • More quality time with family and friends
  • We’ve saved money
  • More free time
  • A better understanding of the challenges others face
  • More appreciation for things we used to take for granted
  • More grateful for our health
  • More time to check in on others
  • Eating healthier and being more aware of it in general
  • A chance to reflect on what’s really important in life
  • Getting back in touch with friends or family we hadn’t heard from in a while
  • More quality time with our pets
  • Exercising more than usual
  • It’s given us a chance to do something nice for someone else
  • Learning a new skill

What positives can you take from the last few months?
