A health alert for dog owners

Something that dogs wear for their protection may be doing more harm than good.

USA Today reports that Seresto flea collars have been linked to almost 1700 pet deaths and 1000 incidents of harm to humans.

The Midwest Center for Investigative Reporting says Seresto collars have been named in approximately 75,000 incidents.

If you noticed unusual behavior in your pet, or any skin irritation or rashes, you should call your veterinarian to discuss it.
