A job interview “must”

Did you get an interview for a job recently?

Don’t forget to thank them for it!

A recent PR Newswire survey found that 80% of hiring managers said getting a follow-up, thank-you note from an interviewee increases their chances of getting hired.

Here’s the thing…they only get them about 25% of the time, down from over 50% in 2008.

You’ll stand out, it’ll make you look professional, show you pay attention to detail and that you’re enthusiastic.

E-mailing is the best way to do it…avoid phone call and never text one (95% find it unprofessional)…and don’t write a long one…a few lines should be good!
