• Accept packages or deliveries when you’re away
• Keep an eye on your home when you’re on vacation
• Warn you before they have a party
• Check in on elderly or otherwise dependent neighbors
• Water plants when you’re away
• Offer to split the cost of fencing on the property line
• Feed pets when you’re on vacation
• Recommend local plumbers, handymen or other services to you
• Picks up litter out front
• Lends you things, like a power washer or a tire pump
