Are you a “workaholic”?

Do you consider yourself a “workaholics”?

You’re in good (busy) company.

A new survey in the NY Post found almost have of us do.

How can you tell?

  • You prioritize your work over your personal life
  • You worry about work during your days off
  • You struggle to completely stop working on vacation
  • You check your work email at night
  • You’re often the first person to get to work and the last to leave
  • You feel like you can’t take a vacation because you’re too busy
  • You usually work through lunch
  • You feel anxious if you don’t check in or know what’s happening at work
  • Your friends or family say you work too much
  • You check your work email first thing in the morning

How many did you check off?

If it’s more than half, you may want to try and find a better work/life balance…unless work IS your life.
