Are you a worry-wort?

Are you a worry wort?

Relax!

Researchers at Penn State University discovered that almost all of the things we stress out about never come true, according to Inc.

They asked a group of people with Generalized Anxiety Disorder to keep a journal of everything they worried about for 10 days and then to check it after three weeks to see how many of those worries actually happened.

The result?  Over 90% never did…less than one in 10!

Not only that…the most common number of worries that came true was ZERO.

That’s right…many didn’t have anything bad thing actually happen.

So cut yourself a break…and take a load off your mind!
