A new study in the New York Post found almost 90% of us have our meals while looking at some sort of screen.
This also means we’re not eating as much from tables anymore.
The average American only eats at a table three times a week…preferring the couch (78%), standing at the kitchen counter (64%), in bed (61%) and on the FLOOR (48%)!
