Are you “locked in”?

Are you “locked in” on your goals?

“The Great Lock-In” is HUGE on social media according to Fast Company…people are committing to making a change now and carrying it through to the end of the year.

It’s supposed to be a way of “fully hyper-focusing on a task, goal, or activity” across the final 100-plus days of 2025 and by “joining” publicly it’s a way to hold yourself accountable.

It doesn’t have to be a traditional “resolution”…it’s just meant to be a way to shake off the summer laziness and “lock in” on success for the next few months.

It’s essentially a rebrand of last year’s “Winter Arc”, “75 Hard” and other self-improvement online “challenges” over the years…but anything that gets you motivated to make a change for the better is a good thing!
