Are you too old to shovel snow?

We hate to ask the question…but are you too old to shovel snow?

If you’re over 45, the answer may be yes.

Yahoo says the combination of a sedentary lifestyle, the cold weather and exertion can be deadly for those not in shape.

Some doctors recommend those over 55 find other ways to remove snow from their homes rather than doing it themselves.

Do you still shovel our your home?
