Bored at work? That’s a good thing!

Bored at your desk job?

That’s actually (as Dave’s BFF Martha Stewart says) a good thing!

A new study found chained-to-their-desk office workers score much better on cognitive tests as they get older than those in more physically demanding jobs.

They have better memory, attention, visual processing speed and reading skills.

The theory is that desk jobs…even boring ones…are more mentally challenging than physical jobs and that helps keep your brain stimulated…even when you’re scrolling through Facebook on the company dime!
