Feeling stressed out over COVID-19?

A new study in the Daily Mirror finds that 66% of us get a “strong sense of achievement, calmness and fulfillment” by completing small tasks they haven’t done yet…like trimming our subsciptions, paying a bill or even just opening the mail.

Think of how good it feels to check something off your “To Do List”…it’s just like that!
