Turns out, you’re doing it right!
A new study in Yahoo found that if you only get five hours or less of sleep during the week but sleep longer on the weekend have the same mortality rate as those who get the six-to-seven hour “sweet spot” consistently.
Just make sure you get that extra sleep, though…if you only get five hours or less every day, it raises your mortality rate by a whopping 65%!
