Turn off the lights!

A new sleep study from Northwestern found that sleeping with even a little bit of light can be bad for us, according to CNN.

They found that when ANY lights are on, your heart rate climbs and it raises your blood sugar…and both are bad for your overall health.

They recommend to turn off all the lights, close your curtains and think about using a sleep mask.
