Chocolate…for BREAKFAST! 🍫

A new study found that over half of us rely on chocolate to get us through a bad day.

Maybe you should start eating it for breakfast!

No…really!

Scientist say you should start eating if first thing in the morning, according to Fox News.

When older women ate chocolate within an hour of waking up (and not just a small amount…100 grams of milk chocolate…like two full-sized Hershey’s bars worth!) they didn’t gain any weight but did eat slightly less throughout the day.

They speculate it may make you feel full longer and also boost your metabolism to help you burn more fat.

Oh it also works before you go to bed, too!

Middle of the day? Not so much!
