Pour yourself another cup…because a new study found that coffee drinkers live longer than non-coffee drinkers!
The New York Post reports that Chinese researchers found moderate consumption of coffee is connected with a lower risk for death.
People who drank one-and-a-half to three-and-a-half cups of unsweetened coffee regularly were 15% to 21% less likely to die than those who didn’t…even better, those who drank lightly sweetened coffee every day were 29% to 31% less likely.
Their definition of “lightly sweetened” is one spoonful of sugar per cup…and that’s REAL sugar…their results were “inconclusive” for those people who added artificial sweeteners to their coffee.
