Do you dread Daylight Saving Time?
This is the weekend when we “Spring Forward” and set our clocks one hour ahead.
You can conquer it, though, with these tips from BetterSleep:
- Cut out caffeine Don’t have any caffeine at least six hours before bed Saturday
- Go dry Refrain from alcohol, too…even just one drink can disturb your sleep
- Eat light Don’t eat a meal two or three hours before bedtime
- Make your bed inviting Put on some fresh, clean sheets…and NO phones!
- Go to bed earlier A half-hour tonight and tomorrow should do the trick
And if all else fails…coffee!
