Conquering Daylight Saving Time

Do you dread Daylight Saving Time?

This is the weekend when we “Spring Forward” and set our clocks one hour ahead.

You can conquer it, though, with these tips from BetterSleep:

  • Cut out caffeine  Don’t have any caffeine at least six hours before bed Saturday
  • Go dry  Refrain from alcohol, too…even just one drink can disturb your sleep
  • Eat light  Don’t eat a meal two or three hours before bedtime
  • Make your bed inviting  Put on some fresh, clean sheets…and NO phones!
  • Go to bed earlier  A half-hour tonight and tomorrow should do the trick

And if all else fails…coffee!
