Coronavirus hobbies

What to do with all of this free time whilst we’re “sheltering in place”?

Why not learn something new?

A new survey in SWNS found 60% of us are working on new skills and hobbies at home including:

  • Learning to cook or bake
  • Working out at home
  • Learning a new language
  • Starting a diet
  • Learning yoga
  • Learning to grow vegetables
  • Learning to garden
  • Researching our family tree
  • Mastering an instrument
  • Taking college courses onlineĀ

We’re also learning how to draw, video chat, cut our own hair, coding and more.

And if you don’t learn a new skill while staying at home…that’s just fine, too…coping is perhaps the most important skill we’ll learn these days.
