“Cyber Monday” mistakes

You’ll bound to do at least a little window shopping (or is it browsing?) on Cyber Monday…the biggest online shopping day of the year.

Here are some mistakes you’ll want to avoid according to CNBC:

Shopping just to shop  Many people buy stuff JUST because it’s on sale so make sure you really want something before you click to buy.

Delivery delays  Warehouses have been stretched to the max during the pandemic so double-check to ensure your gift will arrive in time.

Don’t wait until tonight  A lot of stuff will be sold out by then so do it early.

Don’t sleep on travel deals  Airlines and hotels are offering even crazier deals because of COVID and you can book way ahead of time, too.

Don’t get scammed.  Remember, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is….so make sure you really trust any website before you surrender your credit card info to them.  There’s also been a surge of fraudulent shipping updates in 2020…texts or emails that looks legitimate with a link they want you to click…don’t do it!

Happy bargain hunting! 🎅🎄🎁💰
