What is “I Choose 600”?
It’s the New York State Department of Health‘s initiative to help us eat healthier and live longer!
The average adult should consume about 2000 calories a day…or approximately 600 per meal.
They’re working with restaurants and consumers to provide accurate calorie counts of meals made outside the home which can often be calorie bombs.
