Do you crave chocolate all the time?

Who doesn’t like chocolate?

Unless you’re allergic, most of us like to indulge now and again.

However if you think about it non-stop, you might be deficient in magnesium!

Chocolate has a lot of magnesium in it and EatThis.com says your body might crave it when you’re not getting enough of it from other foods.

It’s not uncommon as 80% of Americans don’t get enough magnesium in their diet…and chronically low levels of it increases your risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis and it weakens your immune system.

Unfortunately, eating tons of chocolate ISN’T the best way to get more magnesium into your body…try healthier options packed with it like fish, nuts, seeds, beans, avocados, brown rice and dark leafy greens like spinach.

After that…enjoy a piece…or two!
