Do you have “next day anxiety”?

What’s been keeping you up at night?

Most likely what you’re doing tomorrow.

A new survey found the #1 thing giving us restless nights is “next day anxiety”…lying in bed thinking about what you’ve got to do the next day.

That’s followed by replaying today’s events in your head, being too hot (or too cold), too much caffeine and dealing with back pain.

It takes an average of 27 minutes for us to fall asleep each night…a lucky third of us can fall asleep in 15 minutes or less…and for 1 in 9 people it takes over an hour.

The average person wakes up in the middle of the night five times a week…and man’s best friend is more likely to wake you up than your cat…apologies may be necessary!

Also over half of us need our favorite pillow or blanket to fall asleep…and another 25% can’t sleep if our partner isn’t lying next to us.
