Does your child need glasses?

The “eyes” have it!

With “back to school” season in the Finger Lakes underway, one way you can help your child succeed is to make sure they can see!

Here are some signs your child may need glasses according to theĀ Vision Council:

  • They avoid books or claim they don’t like to read
  • Their attention span is shorter
  • Their hand-eye coordination is lacking
  • They sit really close to the TV
  • They blink or rub their eyes a lot
  • They guide their eyes with their finger when they read
  • Their grades are falling grades

If you’ve seen any of these in your kids, you may want to schedule an eye appointment before the first bell rings.
