The new health trend is “uber mornings”, according to Newser.
People are getting up at the earliest possible time to work out, meditate, go for a walk and so forth.
The concept is that mornings can be strictly “you” time before your responsibilities of the day begin.
Marin Koren, a columnist at the Atlantic and self-admittedly “morning-challenged”, counters (after trying and failing it) that it’s OK to accept your mornings as they are.
