Dress for success

More and more workplaces allow more casual attire than ever before…but if you want a job there, you’ll still have to dress for success!

According to a new survey of hiring managers, only 4% say it’s okay to be dress totally casual during a job interview.

37% say you should ALWAYS dress formally, 36% say it depends on the job you’re interviewing for and 23% say you don’t necessarily need to dress formal but you do need to look professional.

BTW…94% admit they’ll judge you based on what you wear to the interview.
