Eat less when eating out

Want to eat less when you’re eating out?

Ask for a to-go box before you start chowing down!

A new Penn State study in the Daily Mail found we’re less likely to overeat if we know in advance there’s the option of taking leftovers home with you, so we don’t feel like we have to clear our plates like when we were growing up.

Having a to-go box in front of you while you eat accomplishes that…it’s a visual reminder.

Try it the next time you dine out! 🍽
