Five ways you can help stop the spread of COVID-19

We all need to do our part to stop the spread of the novel Coronavirus COVID-19.

Psychology Today has five things you can do from the World Health Organization:

  1. Wash your hands more often  At least 20 seconds with hot water and soap.
  2. Cough into your elbow  It’s much better than coughing into your hands.
  3. Don’t touch your face  Especially when you’re out in public.
  4. Keep your distance A minimum of three feet away…6-8 feet is even better.
  5. Stay at home unless you MUST leave the house. Especially if you’re sick

It’s called “Do The Five”…if we make these a habit, we’ve all got a better chance of being healthy and of beating COVID-19.
