You’ve probably heard that watermelon keeps you hydrated during hot Summer days like today…it’s 92% water.
Did you know some fruits and vegetables are even higher than that?
According to UCLA Health, cucumbers and Iceberg lettuce are 96% water…celery, radishes and Romaine lettuce are 95%…and tomatoes and zucchini are 94%!
A lot of other produce are 92% water, too, including strawberries, asparagus, bell peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, mushrooms and spinach!
