Been a while since you’ve updated your resume?
Maybe that’s because you’ve been in your current job a long time…if so, congratulations!
Here are some things that you can drop from it according to the NY Post:
- Your GPA, unless you’re still in college or just graduated
- Work experience over 10 years old
- An “objective” at the top
- Any weird, unprofessional email address (get a new, more formal one)
- The line “References available upon request”
