Freshen up your resume

Been a while since you’ve updated your resume?

Maybe that’s because you’ve been in your current job a long time…if so, congratulations!

Here are some things that you can drop from it according to theĀ NY Post:

  • Your GPA, unless you’re still in college or just graduated
  • Work experience over 10 years old
  • An “objective” at the top
  • Any weird, unprofessional email address (get a new, more formal one)
  • The line “References available upon request”

Be sure to have copies you can eMail, too!
