Coffee topped the list of foods that put us in a good mood, according to the Daily Mirror…followed by dark chocolate, grapes, berries, yogurt, eggs, salmon, oranges, apples and melons.
The foods that do the opposite?
It’s like a “Dave and Jen Morning Show” menu (well, at least a Dave one!)…donuts, alcohol, soda, energy drinks, burgers, candy, pizza, cake, white bread and chips.
Turns out the short term joy is followed by regret…not a good combo.
