Have FOMO? Try JOMO!

Do you have FOMO?

That’s “Fear Of Missing Out” in case you didn’t know…like when everyone on your Facebook page is having fun…without you?

It’s a big part of life in a social media world and Google’s new study found that it’s not healthy for you (Go figure!).

Metro says you should try JOMO instead…the “JOY Of Missing Out”!

They recommend taking some time away from your phone and especially social media every day so you won’t feel like you’re missing out on stuff…and you may find you’re happier and more relaxed.

Try it out and let us know how it goes…maybe on Facebook! 😉
