How “average” are you?

How “average” are you?

BuzzFeed found a bunch of stats on the “average” American then asked their readers if they were above or below those numbers…here’s a few:

The average American:

  • Eats 46 slices of pizza a year or about four slices a month…75% said they eat less pizza than that (seems low)
  • Reads 12 to 13 books a year…47% claim they read more than that
  • Eats 12.7 pounds of ice cream or a pint a month…91% said less (Lies!)
  • Gets two pieces of actual mail a month (not counting bills, junk mail and packages)…60% said they don’t even get that much
  • Spends 51 minutes a day driving…76% said they’re below that
  • Spends $438 on groceries each month…46% said more, 54% said less
  • Watches 1,500 hours of TV a year (about four hours a day)…45% more, 55% less.
  • Uses the bathroom seven times a day…41% said they go MORE than that!

So…how did you do? 🤔
