How forgetful are we? 🤔

Do you often misplace things or forget important dates…or names?

You’re not alone!

A new study finds 56% of Americans said they are forgetful…and 66% think their memory has gotten worse in the last decade.

We have a momentary lapse about once a day…the things we forget most often are:

  • Passwords
  • What we need at the grocery store
  • Where our keys are
  • Why we walked into a room
  • People’s names
  • Words on the tip of our tongues
  • Where we put our pen
  • What day it is
  • Where you put our phone

The most embarrassing thing to forget? Someone’s name.

Why do we forget things?

Most blame it on getting older and constantly having to multitask now…the stress of the times is also a factor.
