How to easily remember things

Are you more forgetful these days?

Here’s an easy way to improve your memory…pick up a pen and paper!

A new study in the Atlanta Journal Constitution found that we remember things a lot better when we handwrite them down.

When we do we’re much more likely to recall them than if we type them.

University of Tokyo researchers think because it’s more tactile we form stronger memories as we’re using more parts of our brain.

Wait a minute…let me write this down! 📝
