How to have your “best day EVER!”

What’s the key to having your best day EVER?

Well, actually it’s MATH!

Researchers have devised a mathematical formula for you to maximize your day, according to Yahoo.

It’s “BDE = FAM6 + FR2 + SOC1.5 + EX2 + EAT1 – WRK6 – TV1 – CMT0.25”!

Before your eyes glaze over, we’ll break it down for you:

  • FAM6 = 6 hours with family (sounds like a LOT, TBH!)
  • FR2 = 2 hours with friends
  • SOC1.5 = 1.5 hours of extra socializing
  • EX2 = 2 hours of exercise (again, a lot, no?)
  • EAT1 = 1 hour of eating and drinking (defo low!
  • WRK6 =  No more than 6 hours of work (GL with THAT!)
  • TV1 = 1 hour of screen time (again, GL!)
  • CMT0.25 = No more than a 15-minute commute to work

Your formula may vary…for example, less exercising and more eating!

Does it work? 🤔

Someone tried it and discovered you don’t need to hit EVERY mark to feel better…just a few tweaks can get you to where you want to be.

The Bottom Line:  Be fit, fun and available with some relaxation and indulgence and (somehow) avoid working or commuting too much!
