Staying informed and up-to-date on the developments regarding the Coronavirus pandemic is important…and smart.

But too much worry about it can also be bad for you, according to the LA Times.

Similar to the atmosphere following the 9/11 terror attacks on New York City, some people who were overexposed to news reports about the events had PSTD-type symptoms and cardiovascular problems.

So stay informed…but also make sure it’s not ALL your thinking about.
