How we’ve changed during quarantine

Now that we’re emerging from our homes, we can begin to think about how sheltering in place has affected us.

For many, it’s for the better.

A new study finds that 43% of us have “changed for the better” during quarantine because of what we’ve been doing during the last two months.

Many believe these new habits, hobbies and skills they’ve picked up like learning new computer skills, creating podcasts, participating in online fitness classes and going for long walks have improved their overall well-being and almost half will continue to do them from now on.

What skills have you learned during lockdown?
