How’d you like an extra 10 years?

Life is all about choice…and the decisions we make every day really add up.

A new study featured in USA Today tracked people’s lifestyle choices affected their health over the course of more than 30 years.

Here are the five habits that can extend your life by 10 YEARS or more:

  • Eat healthy
  • Exercise regularly
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Don’t smoke
  • If you drink, do it in moderation

Men who did all five of those things lived on average 12 years longer than those who didn’t…and for the women it was 14 years.

The best time to start? Today!
