Looks like the days of “reaching out and touching someone” are over!
A new YouGov survey found that most people would rather have you text them than calling them.
72% of people under 39 would rather you text as well as 61% of those 40-54.
Americans over 55 would prefer a call…but not a majority…just 49%.
It might have to do with technology…people who prefer calls over texts are three times less likely to have a smartphone.
