The “Quarantine 15″…myth or reality?

You’ve heard about the “Quarantine 15“…the extra 15 pounds we’re putting on from stress-eating while sheltering in place.

It’s more fiction than fact.

In fact, a new study from Phentermine found that for 79% of us our eating habits have been the same or better this past month!

Some more stats:

  • 45% have been cooking more meals at home with healthy ingredients
  • 25% are eating more fruits and vegetables
  • Only 20% say they’ve been snacking more
  • Just 12% are relying on more processed and pre-packaged foods

It gets better…27% are getting more sleep, 19% are doing yoga, 18% have added cardio to their routine, 9% have tried meditating and 20% say they’re taking more time for self-care in general.
